Caileigh Gold is a cinematographer and visual storyteller drawn to movement, light, and the emotional language of images. Born and raised in Virginia, she spent much of her childhood immersed in the arts, dedicating two decades to classical ballet. This early relationship with movement and composition continues to influence the way she approaches visual storytelling.

As a teenager, Caileigh discovered photography, sparking a fascination with capturing moments through light and perspective. That passion evolved into a pursuit of cinematography, where she found a medium that combined her love of storytelling, collaboration, and visual expression.

Caileigh earned her Master of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts in 2024. During her time at USC, she received the Annenberg Graduate Fellowship and served as President of the Trojan Society of Cinematographers. Her work has been recognized with the Best Cinematography award at First Look in 2025.

Beyond the set, Caileigh continues to explore different forms of image-making through Super 8mm film and finds joy in creative pursuits like baking and all forms of crafting.
